1. How does home delivery work?
Super easy. Just text/email or order online what you were after. You don't have to order per kilo, you are able to order by pieces example 4 bananas or 1kg.

No it's free delivery!
3. Where do we deliver to?
See our delivery page for delivery details if you don't see your suburb feel free to contact us directly
4. What time do I have to place my order for next day delivery?
For a Monday orders must be placed before midday Sunday and for during the week before 2pm. We are closed on the weekends and public holidays.
5. What time to expect my delivery?
Our drivers begin at 7am. We aim to have all orders out by 1:30pm.
6. Will I be notified when my delivery is on it's way?
Yes you will receive a text message from us when your order has left the warehouse. Keep in mind of other stops first and traffic flow.
7. What if I'm not home?
Our driver will leave it in a secure spot out of sight where possible and send us a photo, which we will then forward onto you. If you do have gates please leave these unlocked from 7am.
8. Is your fresh produce Australian?
Where possible we do aim to purchase Australian only produce. Unfortunately there are times when American or European Fruits are available and this is what we will have.
9. Do I have to have my produce in bags?
In the comments when ordering please advice if you do not wish any plastic. We try to use as little plastic as possible
10. How do I pay?
For first time customers we do take prepayment before your order is sent out.
We will send you a copy of your total the day of delivery once everything has been weighed and packed and if you can send me a copy of your bank receipt we can send your order out with your suburb.
Moving forward you can pay via bank transfer within the 48 hour period of receiving your order or you can pay our drivers cash at the door.
11. How do I organise a hamper or grazing box?
Best option is to contact us directly and we can work through it with you.
12. Once an order has been placed can I change or alter the order?
